At MERE SARKAAR FOUNDATION SOCIETY AJMER, all donations are made voluntarily to support our social welfare and humanitarian initiatives.

Donation Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation is made by mistake, duplicated, or charged incorrectly due to a technical error, the donor may contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Eligible refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Recurring Donation Cancellation

Donors may request cancellation of future recurring donations or subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will stop future payments but will not normally refund donations already processed.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please contact us with your name, registered email/mobile number, transaction ID, payment date, amount, and reason for the request.
